Walk App: Phone outreach.

Interacting with your contacts and recording your interactions via phone call.

From time to time door to door inactions will not be possible and you may need to change your outreach to a Phone call campaign.

Please Note: Calls will be made through the users phone number and billed through their provider.

Getting started

  • Choose your account / effort

  • Click on the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner and choose to view your contacts by List.

  • To begin your outreach first select the list you intend to work on.

How to make a call

You will see your contacts now in an alphabetical order. From here you can click on the name of the person you want to call.

  • An Interaction screen will open and from here you can click on the phone symbol.

  • By clicking on the phone symbol the option to call will appear at the bottom of your screen.

  • From here you can start the call.

  • As soon as the call has started you can switch back to the Walk app screen and fill in the information from the outreach.

How to log an interaction

  • If you click on “Interaction Status” you can quickly choose and click on the according status.

  • Only if you click on “Answered” the interaction screen will open up and give you the options to fill in the information during the call.

  • If you click “call back”, “not interested” or “wrong phone number” this will be saved according to the color of the status

  • If the person answered you can fill in the information on the interaction.

  • Finish your outreach by clicking on the “Save” button in the top right corner.
