Export Function
Our Export Function is designed to allow for you to export a custom walk sheet, or perform more in-depth data analysis on your contact database.
To Export, having navigated to the Database:
Select either Contacts or Lists
Select at least one entry
Click the Export button.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select the exact data points that you need included in the export file.
Once you are finished selecting your criteria, select EXPORT to generate your report.
A pop-up window will appear, advising that your Export has begun.
Smaller export reports will generate rapidly, those containing larger amount of data may take relatively longer.
Navigate to your Documents page to view your Export Status.
Once marked as Completed, you may click on the file name to proceed.
"Why Am I seeing different data when exporting from the Database page compared to the Dashboards page?"
Note: The information contained in the database exported file will reflect the results of the most recent Interaction.
The Dashboard page export will show all of the interactions, not just the most recent interactions.
