How to Record Interactions from the Dashboard

Updated over a week ago

The Ecanvasser platform is first and foremost designed and engineered to allow one to many organizers in the field to record interactions simultaneously via the native mobile apps. However, it is also possible to track interactions directly from the Contacts or Map page within the Ecanvasser dashboard.

This can be done from a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or any mobile device accessing Ecanvasser through a web browser (it works best with Google Chrome).

Organizers and Lead Organizers are set up in the exact same manner as accessing the mobile apps (most likely involving the setting up of Lists).

Simply head over to the Database page and click on the List tab to locate the contacts that have been assigned to you.

You can record an interaction with a contact selecting the clipboard icon next to the person you are engaging with.

You can update a contacts' information by clicking on the pencil icon.

You can update a house by clicking on the House Tab and clicking on the pencil icon next to the house that you need to update.
