Issues can be collected by your Organizers through the mobile app.

Alternatively they can be collected directly into your Casework page. 

During outreach activities, you can easily collect issues using either Ecanvasser Walk or Go mobile apps:

Collecting an Issue with Ecanvasser Walk

1. On your interaction screen click the option "Issues".

2. In the "Issues" screen enter the issue as a text and choose the priority of the raised issue.

Where can I follow up on the issues?

The issues will populate in your "Caseworker" page in your Dashboard.
