Issues can be created by your canvassers through the mobile app, or input directly into your Issues tab. 

During the outreach you can easily process an issue using Walk or Go.

Processing an Issue with Walk

1. On your canvass screen click the option "Issues".

2. In the "Issues" screen enter the issue as a text and choose the priority of the raised issue.

Where can I follow up on the issues?

The issues will populate in your "Caseworker" tab in your Dashboard.
