What is Ecanvasser's Leader?

Ecanvasser's Leader Account is the Enterprise platform that allows stakeholders of multiple accounts to receive an overview of their sub-accounts from one unified dashboard. It provides a holistic view of how the organization is performing.

The example below is based on a National Leader account of Ireland:

As you can see from the above, there is sample data which has been populated into the leader dashboard.

Each of these headings (states in this example) e.g Munster, Leinster are broken into sections known as Divisions. As accounts differ in size and geographical location you might want to break your accounts into these to allow different regional break outs of the state, country, land, nation etc. You can then populate account specific to that division.

It will also give you a great breakdown, of contacts, houses, attempts, hit rate and of course reception rating which will allow you to decide where to spend your efforts if a particular region is working better or worse than the other:

Understanding Permission Levels

There are three different permissions which are available with the Leader account:

Leader Owner

Similar to the account owner on a standalone Ecanvasser subscription, the leader owner will have full rights to the Ecanvasser Dashboard and Leader account including billing. You can also:

1. Review the sub accounts associated with your leader account

2. Manage access and permission levels of people who have access to the Leader Dashboard

3. Invite others to join as Leader Managers or Division Manager

Leader Manager

The person has access to all features like the leader owner except queries in relation to the billing and invoicing.

Division Manager

Anyone with this permission level will have access to the assigned division as per the example above Munster and all the associated accounts under that division.

They will in turn have account manager access to each of the accounts.

Leader Analytics

Within the Analytics page you can review cumulative statistics across all your accounts, either contrasting selected accounts, or all your accounts in their totality.

Filtering options include:

  • Default to all accounts, or select a couple to contrast

  • Change what data point you wish to review

  • Select time-frame

The Customize page might appear to be a similar set up as an individual account here at Ecanvasser. However, the key difference (and most powerful) is when you update the Customize page from a Leader account, those changes are reflected down to each sub-account you have associated with the leader account.

This can dramatically reduce set up time and provides unification across all of your sub-accounts.
