The article will help you to understand how to navigate around the Ecanvasser Go mobile app. To begin with, there are 4 main icons at the bottom of the app screen:

Home Screen

The Home screen is where you can select whether an attempted interaction was successful or not. Use the swipe left or right actions, or click the red and green icons to move forward.

You'll also see a count of how you're getting on since you started your interactions. This count will reset every day, or every time you switch Location.

The home screen is located by clicking the home icon on the bottom of the screen within the mobile app at any time:

Talking Points

Talking Points are the direct line of communication to everyone within then organization, direct to their phones. Talking Points are created on the Dashboard and assigned to specific teams or to all members.

Talking Points are located by clicking the chat icon on the bottom of the screen within the mobile app at any time:

Statistics

This is your personal activity log based on the interactions that you've recorded that day, at the specific location. This statistics tracked include the following information, where applicable:

  • the number of interactions (interested or not interested)

  • how many issues have you recorded

  • how many surveys have you completed.

Similar to the counts from the Home page, this will reset each day, and whenever you switch Location.

Settings

Within the settings page, you have a number of options available to you:

  • Toggle to a different location

  • Switch to a different campaign effort

  • Locate the Ecanvasser support website

  • Sync to get the latest information from the team

  • Sync to send all your tracked interaction back to HQ

  • Log out of the mobile app

  • Leave the Account - caution should be used here as you will no longer be able to log back into the account when you select this option!
