Why can’t I see my whole database during a trial?

During your free 7 day Ecanvasser trial you can only see 2,500 contacts on the map page. When the trial is finished you will see your whole database on the map.

Alternatively, you can reach out to the team at Ecanvasser to move you to a paid subscription in turn you will see your whole database.

When will I be charged?

As per the Ecanvasser subscription agreement, you will be automatically charged on day 8 from your initial sign up. If you do not wish to be charged, please follow the below process to cancel your account. If you do not cancel your account, Ecanvasser reserves the right not to provide a refund.

Can I export my data on trial?

No, you can only export your data when you have moved to a paid subscription.
You can update your subscription at any time in the campaign settings on the dashboard.

What happens to all my data when my account is cancelled?

Your data is retained for a period of 30 days after your account has been cancelled, after which time it is permanently deleted in accordance with Subscription and Data Processing Agreement.

Why have I been charged more on this monthly subscription?

Ecanvasser’s subscriptions are currently based on the amount of contacts based in your database. If your pricing has increased you might have exceeded your contact database. You can confirm the volume of contacts in your database by visiting the Database page on the dashboard:

What languages is Ecanvasser available in?

Ecanvasser is currently available in the following languages:

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Macedonian, Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian, Serbian, Kannada, Sinhala

My Android app seems to have stopped working, how do I troubleshoot this?

How many custom fields can I have on my database/app?

There is currently no limitations on customer fields.

Can I delete a contact from a list?

At this time you cannot currently delete a contact from a list, you will need to create a new list and leave the contacts no longer required out of the new list.
