Your contact Database is your view of all your contact details and Interactions across all of your various campaigns . The search and Filtering function allows you to Segment your contacts. You are able to Export directly from your Database.
If you need to Edit or Anonymize part of your Database you will need to do this on an Account level. On the Account Level you have more ability to tailor your contact data around the needs of each sub-campaign.

This section contains all of the information that you have available within your contact Database, including custom fields and interaction information.

The Filter Function allows you to Segment your Contact database, including by Campaign, Contact details, Interaction, Surveys and much more.
Click on the "Three dots" icon to customize the columns you view in your Database.

Exporting from your Database
Our Export Function is designed to allow you to export at a leader level to perform more in-depth data analysis on your contact database
Once you are happy with the Contacts you have filtered, Select all required contacts.
To export the data select Export.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select the exact data points that you need to be included in the export file. Once you are finished selecting your criteria, select EXPORT to generate your report
Once the Export is completed it will be available in the Documents section of the Dashboard.
Once the Export is available in your Documents section it is available to download.
