The article will help you to understand how to navigate around the Ecanvasser Walk mobile app. To begin with, there are 4 main icons at the bottom of the app screen:

Interaction Home

The Interaction Home is where you can select where you want to start/continue your interaction from.

The Interaction Home is located by clicking the clipboard icon on the bottom of the screen within the mobile app at any time.

You can switch to different views within the Interaction Home.

Search Screen

The Search function is the easiest method locating a contact, house, or street through the mobile app.

Talking Points

Talking Points are the direct line of communication to everyone within then organization, direct to their phones. Talking Points are created on the Dashboard and assigned to specific teams or to all members.

Settings

Within the settings page, you have a number of options available to you:

  • Switch to a different campaign effort

  • Locate the Ecanvasser support website

  • Sync to get the latest information from the team

  • Sync to send all your tracked interaction back to HQ

  • Log out of the mobile app

  • Leave the Account - caution should be used here as you will no longer be able to log back into the account when you select this option!

Settings are located by clicking the cog/wheel icon on the bottom of the screen within the mobile app at any time.
