How do I manage my Profile and Account Settings

Billing, Password, Cancel, and all other management of your account

Your Ecanvasser account and billing couldn’t be easier to manage.
Access both your Account Settings and Profile Settings via the profile menu drop-down (found on the right-hand side of the dashboard).

Your Account Settings

Select Account Settings via the profile menu drop-down on the top right-hand side of the toolbar. This will bring you to the Account Settings page where you have a number of options to manage your account details.

Section 1. Manage Account Details:

  • Edit the name of the account

  • Manage your Billing Administrators

  • View Account Logs

  • Cancel your account

Section 2. Manage Plan Details:

  • View your specific contact database and custom field limits

  • Manage your subscription and change your subscription plan

  • View your invoices

Your Profile Settings

  1. Select Profile Settings via the menu drop-down on the top right-hand side of the toolbar. This will bring you to the profile settings page where you a have number of options:

  • Add, update, or delete your Profile Picture

  • Change your Email Address

  • Change your Password

  • Cancel Account (restricted to users with Billing Admin privileges)

  • Update Payment Details (restricted to users with Billing Admin privileges))

  • Manage your Email Notifications

  • The Payment Policy can be accessed here
