Follow-up Requests can be collected by your Organizers through the mobile app.

Alternatively, they can be collected directly into your Helpdesk page. 

During outreach activities, you can easily collect follow-up requests using either Ecanvasser Walk or Go mobile apps:

1. On your interaction screen click the option "Log a Follow-Up Request".

2. In the "Log a Follow-Up Request" screen enter the request as a text and choose the priority of the follow-up request.

Where can I follow up on the requests?

The requests will populate on your "Helpdesk" page in your Dashboard.
