Users and Teams

Invite New Users, Create & Manage Teams and Users

The Users & Teams page gives you centralized control to manage all users and teams in your account.

It’s organized into four main views:

Users View

This view displays all users who have completed the sign-up process, along with their:

  • Permission levels

  • Contact details

  • Assigned team(s)

  • Join date

Key Actions:

  • Change a user's permission level by clicking on their profile.

  • Delete users individually or in bulk using the checkboxes.

  • Reset users' passwords

  • Bulk actions (e.g., assign users to a team or delete them) are available by selecting multiple users via the checkboxes.

  • Click a user's name to see their activity history and update assignments or permissions.

Filtering Users

Use the filter icon (top right) to narrow down users by:

  • Permission level

  • Team

Teams View

The Teams View allows you to create and manage your teams. For each team, you can:

  • Edit team details (name, colour, users)

  • View the Team Scoreboard

  • Access Field Tracking

  • Delete the team

Creating a New Team

  1. Click + CREATE TEAM

  2. Enter the team name

  3. Add users to the team

  4. Choose a colour

  5. Click SAVE

Editing a Team

  • Click the cog icon beside a team name

  • Choose Edit Team

  • Update the name, user list, or team color

Team Scoreboard

The Team Scoreboard helps you assess team performance across outreach campaigns.

On the Team Scoreboard, you can:

  • View overall team performance

  • Sort to find top organizers by:

    • Attempts

    • Houses visited

    • Conversion rate

  • Click a team member’s name for individual stats

  • Filter results by:

    • Campaign Effort

    • Time range

    • Interaction app type

  • Access Field Tracking or edit/delete the team directlyYou can also access the Field Tracking page directly from the Team Scoreboard as well as edit or delete the team:

Invites View

This section shows all sent user invites and their delivery status.

From here, you can:

Map View

The Map View displays user locations based on:

  • Their most recent saved interaction, or

  • Their last login

Features:

  • Click on a user’s profile icon for a detailed activity overview

  • Zoom in/out to show only users visible within the current map area​
