You have two options for canceling your Ecanvasser subscription: a self-service option available on the web app or assistance from our support team. Choose the option that suits your needs for a smooth cancellation experience.
First, click on Account Settings via the Profile drop-down, which is located on the bottom-left side of the web app:
Next, you can cancel your account by clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" option within the Account Details section and following the cancellation process from there.
Canceled accounts are closed immediately upon cancellation, and no further billing will occur.
