How do I manage my Profile and Account Settings

Billing, Password, Cancel, and all other management of your account

Your Ecanvasser account and billing couldn’t be easier to manage.
Access both your Account Settings and Profile Settings via the profile menu drop-down, which is located on the right-hand side of the web application.

Your Account Settings

Select Account Settings via the profile menu drop-down on the top right-hand side of the toolbar. This will bring you to the Account Settings page where you have a number of options to manage your account details.

Managing your Account Details:

  • Update the Account Name by clicking on Edit Account Name

  • Manage your Billing Administrators by clicking on Billing Admin

  • View the audit trail of actions related to your account by clicking on View Logs

  • Pause or Terminate your subscription by clicking on Cancel Account

Managing your Subscription Plan:

  • View your specific contact database and custom field limits

  • Manage your subscription and change your subscription plan

  • View your invoices

  • Apply a coupon or discount code

How to reactivate my subscription when it has been paused:

To unpause a subscription, go to Account Settings → Manage Subscription, then select the subscription you want to reactivate and follow the prompts to activate it.

Your Profile Settings

  1. Select Profile Settings via the menu drop-down on the top right-hand side of the toolbar. This will bring you to the profile settings page where you a have number of options:

  • Add, update, or delete your Profile Picture

  • Change your Email Address

  • Change your Password

  • Cancel Account (restricted to users with Billing Admin privileges)

  • Update Payment Details (restricted to users with Billing Admin privileges))

  • Manage your Email Notifications
