How to Reach Us
There are several ways to get in touch with us, ensuring your inquiries are addressed efficiently. Here's how you can contact us:
1. Schedule A Call
We recommend all new Customers schedule a call after setting up their account.
This allows us to help you ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.You can book a tutorial with a team member here.
2. Chat Support
Use the chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner of the screen to connect with our Customer Success Team.
Available from 9 am to 6 pm (EST) on weekdays, with responses typically within a few hours. Outside these hours, leave a message, and we'll follow up as soon as possible.
3. Email Support
Email us at support@ecanvasser.com, and a team member will get back to you.
These email conversations will also appear in your personal chat history once they begin.

Browser Compatibility
For the best performance, use the Ecanvasser WebApp on Google Chrome.
Provide Examples
When asking a question, include specific references such as users, contacts, or devices.
Use Screenshots
A picture is worth a thousand words. Use tools like the inbuilt Snipping Tool for Windows or take screenshots on iOS and Android devices.
Record Videos
For complex workflows, a video can be more effective than an image. Use the SoapBox extension for Chrome or the screen recording features on iOS and Android devices. Loom is another effective video recording option.
Submit Crash Reports
If something goes wrong, crash reports help us quickly diagnose the issue. Android users will be prompted to submit a report, while iOS users can enable this in their settings (ensure "Share with App Developers" is toggled on).
