How do I cancel my Ecanvasser account?

First, click on Account Settings via the Profile drop down which is located on the top right side of the dashboard:

Next, you can cancel your account by clicking on the "Cancel Account" section and follow the cancellation process from there:

Why can’t I see my entire contact database during a trial?

During your free 7 day trial you can only see 2,500 contacts on the map page.

When the trial has finished, and you have switched to a paid subscription, you will see your whole database on the map.

Alternatively, you can reach out to the team at Ecanvasser to move you to a paid subscription in turn you will see your whole database.

When will I be charged?

As per the Ecanvasser subscription agreement, you will be automatically charged on day 8 from your initial sign up.

If you do not wish to be charged, please follow the cancellation steps above to cancel your account. Your subscription will automatically continue until you cancel your account.

Can I export my data on trial?

The export functionality is only available to paid customers and is not available to customer's during their 7 day free trial.

What happens to my data when my account is cancelled?

Any data collected within your account will be retained for a period of 30 days after your account has been cancelled.

After 30 days, this data will be permanently deleted in accordance with Subscription and Data Processing Agreement.

What features are included in my Ecanvasser subscription?

This will depend on which subscription plan you are currently on.

Why have I been charged more on this monthly subscription?

Ecanvasser’s subscriptions are currently based on the amount of contacts based in your database plus the number of user licenses.

When you exceed the number of contacts database, you will see an increase in your subscription applied to your subscription.

You will receive a number of advisory email notifications to alert you when your account has exceeded its the contacts limit.

You can confirm the volume of contacts in your database by visiting the Database page on the dashboard:

What languages is Ecanvasser available in?

Ecanvasser is currently available in the following languages:

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Macedonian, Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian, Serbian, Kannada, Sinhala and Georgian.

How many custom fields can I have on my account?

There is currently no limitations on custom fields.
