How to display times in 12 or 24 hours

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The “Use a 24 Hour Clock” setting allows each user to control how times are displayed throughout the Ecanvasser web application. This is a user-level setting. It applies only to the individual user and does not affect other users in the account.

Where to Find This Setting

Go to Profile Settings. Locate the toggle labelled “Use a 24 Hour Clock”.
Switch the toggle on or off according to your preference.

How It Works

When the setting is enabled, all times in the web application will be displayed in 24-hour format.

Example -> 23:30

When the setting is disabled, all times in the web application will be displayed in 12-hour format.

Example -> 11:30 PM

This affects time displays across the web application wherever time values are shown.

Default Settings by Your Location

The default value of this setting depends on the user’s region.

For EU-based users, this setting is enabled by default and times are displayed in 24-hour format, for example, 23:30.

For US-based users, this setting is disabled by default, and your times are displayed in 12-hour format, for example, 11:30 PM.

How To Change Your Preference

You can update this setting at any time in your Profile Settings.
Changes take effect immediately and apply across the web application for your user profile.
