Ecanvasser is committed to providing a localized mobile app experience for all its end users. The mobile applications have already been translated into 15+ languages. Arabic, English, French, Georgian, German, Hungarian, Italian, Kannada, Macedonian, Norwegian, Romanian, Serbian, Singhalese, Spanish, Swedish, and Welsh.
How do I select a language other than English?
Go to the Settings page within your Ecanvasser Mobile app.
Select the 'Language' menu option to change it from the system default.
Note: If your phone or device is set to the available language in your phone/device settings, the Ecanvasser Mobile app will then use that language as its default.

Ecanvasser supports both right-to-left and left-to-right languages.
What can be translated?
The Ecanvasser Mobile app can be translated, and there are also fields in the Web application that can be edited in your chosen language. You will have the ability to customize your Interaction Statuses, Custom Fields, Consent Settings, Talking Points, and Surveys by entering the dialogue in your chosen language in the Web application.
How do I arrange for the App to be translated into a new language?

The Translation Process
We will arrange a call to confirm that you are able to translate the mobile apps into your requested language. We will also confirm when you can expect the new translations to be available and the total cost.
We will ask for feedback on the translation to ensure that the translation is correct and share the finished version for approval before releasing it to the app. Once the translation is finalized and ready for release, we will share the release date with you.
Once released, if there is any further feedback, please let us know. Typically, these may be minor changes based on end-user feedback rather than anything significant.
