How to respond to an Action invite
You will be invited to join an Action via email or text.
Below is a sample of an email you will receive.
Simply click the "View Action" button.
This will bring you to the Planner page in your app, or you can log in to the dashboard using the link in the invite.
From here, you can view the Action and mark yourself as attending or not attending.
App View: Actions are located on the Homepage and within the Planner page, at the top right of the Homepage.
Web Application View
Option 1: Attending
Once you select Attending on the Action, the Action can be viewed in both the Upcoming and Attending sections.
If you need to change to Not Attending at a later stage, you can select the Action and select Not Attending. This will update your RSVP once synced.
Option 2: Not Attending
Once you select Not Attending, the Action can be viewed in the upcoming section.
If you need to change to Attending at a later stage, you can select the Action and select Attending. This will update your RVSP once synced.
How to view Action details
Once access your Actions via the Mobile App or Web App, you can view the details for the Action in the invite:
In-person Action
Date and time
Number of attending users
Number of invited users
Name of the campaign effort
Type of event
Location
Actions description
Notes (If applicable)
Online Action
Date and time
Type of Action
Video link
Action description
How to join an Action
All Actions are linked to your chosen campaign effort; this means all your interactions and data can easily be reviewed following the Action.
When you arrive at your Action and are ready to begin interacting, take these steps to start your Action:
Select the Action in your app
Select Check-in, and you are ready to go.
All your interactions will now be tied to this Action.

How to leave an Action
Select the Action in your app
Select Leave once you have completed your interactions.
All your interactions will no longer be tied to this Action.
