Ecanvasser’s subscription plans are based on the number of contacts in your database.
When you exceed the volume of contacts database for the plan that you subscribed to, you will see an increase in the cost of your subscription.
You will receive a number of advisory email notifications to alert you when your account has exceeded its contacts limit. A notification banner will also be displayed on the dashboard when you next log.
Follow the instructions on your advisory email to reduce the contacts to match your current subscription plan. You can find out the available subscription plans here - https://www.ecanvasser.com/pricing
