Whether you need to upgrade to increase your database capacity, access features like Field Tracking, or downgrade to a lower plan that better suits your needs, you can do so anytime from your account.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription
Access your Account Settings via the profile menu drop-down (found on the left-hand side of the dashboard).
2. On the Account Settings page, select Manage Subscription.
3. Choose the new plan you’d like to move to.
4. The change will be reflected on your next invoice as a pro-rated amount.
Note: If you are downgrading, please ensure your contact/house database size is within the limit of the lower plan before making the switch.

Automatic upgrade
Ecanvasser subscriptions are based on your database's
number of contacts or houses.
Your subscription will be automatically upgraded if you exceed your current plan’s contact/house database limit.
You’ll receive email notifications and a dashboard warning banner to alert you.
The new rate will apply from the date your database limit was exceeded and will appear on your next invoice.
If you'd prefer to remain on your current plan, you must reduce your contact/house count to fit your existing subscription and update your plan manually in Account Settings.
