If you cannot see contacts or houses within your Walk app, there typically are two reasons for this:
Scenario 1: There are no contacts assigned to you
For all permission levels, only contacts that are made available within the mobile app will be doors that have been assigned to you or to the team that you are a member of.
This means that a list or turf has been created and assigned either directly to you as an individual user or to your team which you are a member of. Account Owners and Account Managers can assign lists aka turfs from the Database or Map page within the web application.
Important Update
Before October 31, 2023, individuals with Lead Organizer, Staffer, Account Manager, or Account Owner permissions were able to access all contacts and properties on the mobile platform.
Starting on October 31, you will only have visibility of contacts and properties that have been personally assigned to you or allocated to a team of which you are a member.
Scenario 2: Your current filter set is hiding houses from your view
You have two main options to filter your contacts, houses, or streets:
Lists that are assigned to you and your team
Interaction Status
This is useful when you want to focus on a subset of contacts that have been assigned to you. However, the contacts that do not match your filtered criteria will be hidden from your current view as long as the filters are turned on.
Tip: It's really easy to forget that you have applied a filter especially when you are focused on engaging with people and tracking the right information. Whenever you have applied a filter, a red circle will appear over the filter icon.
