Signature Settings

Capture a contact's consent via our Electronic signature feature, when you have requested using their personal data or following a survey.

We provide you with the ability to collect an Electronic signature from people who you and your team engage with whilst using the Ecanvasser mobile apps.

Your Signature Settings.

You have the ability to customize the text the contact will read when signing and also give you the ability to email both the contact and a specific in-house email address

1: Edit the text viewed by your contact before they sign.

2: By ticking the box you can enable the sending of a summary of contact details, consent, and any response that required a signature to the email address of the contact.

3: Have an email summary sent to a specified email address by entering it here and selecting save.

4: View how the signature screen and text will look on the app.

Signature settings for Surveys

Add an Electronic signature to your survey.

  • On the survey page, select the plus icon to "create survey".

  • Input an appropriate Name and Description.

  • Assign a survey to a team, or leave blank which will assign the survey to all members.

  • Tick the box to add the requirement to sign upon completion of the survey.
