Select Profile Settings via the menu drop-down on the top right-hand side of the toolbar. This will bring you to the profile settings page where you a have number of options to manage your profile further.

Once you find the Payment Details section within your Profile Settings, you will see the current card on file. Clicking on this will bring up a pop-up box where the new card can be added.

Input the card information for your new payment method, and click 'Save.'
