Your data is an essential part of measuring the effectiveness of your door-to-door strategies. To get the most out of your Ecanvasser account, it is key to understand how to manage your data within the platform.
In this article, we will run through where you can find the information your team is collecting, what it means, and how to export it for your internal use.
What data can I track on Ecanvasser?
Landing Page of the Web Application
On your Dashboard page, Account Managers and Staffers can see public or private dashboards with reports displaying how your team is performing overall. Within your Dashboards, you can see data relating to interaction information, your most recent activity, and your top performers.

How can I view the activity of my users while in the field?
Field Tracking gives you the ability to track your team member's movement and activity when they are out in the field. The real-time information presented within Field Tracking provides a trail of field activity including these data points:
Attempts - The number of attempts is used to measure how many interactions (successful or unsuccessful) have been recorded by the user
Conversion Rate - The hit rate percentage measures the performance of the level of successful interactions compared to total interactions
Last seen - Last seen refers to the last time the user completed an interaction
When you click on a user's name, you're able to see an even further breakdown of their activity. You can see dates, start and end times, the contacts they interacted with, and how far away the GPS location is from the house coordinates. This allows the added benefit of team management in addition to tracking activity.

Where can I see my top performers?
The Team Scoreboard allows Account Managers to view members of a team and rankings based on performance. The high-level data you can see about each team member includes the number of attempts, houses, and overall conversion rate. From here, you can see who your top organizers are and what their numbers look like.

How can I see how an individual team member is doing?
The User Dashboards allow you to view a dashboard of reports auto-filtered to the selected team member.
Reports - These are visual and aggregated views of an individual's work via graphs and charts. You can filter by date so that you can indicate the timeframe of the data you would like to see.
Logs - You can see whenever a user makes a change that would affect someone's profile or your account. This includes adding contacts to a list, inviting users, and changing permission settings.
Where do I view my contacts and walk lists?
The information available to you from the Database is segmented into four different views: contacts, houses, streets, and lists. These are views in which you can display the people in your database.
You can manage your Walk Lists by navigating to the "Lists" sub-tab within the view options. From here you can do the following to a list:
Edit (Rename, Set to Complete or In Progress)
