What is the difference between a Dynamic list and a Static list?
A dynamic list retains the exact filter criteria that were in place when the list was created. As contacts are added, updated, or removed in your database with attributes that match the filter criteria of the dynamic list, these prospects will automatically be added or removed from the list.
A static list consists of contacts that you have built once. which you will need to edit manually to make any further changes.
How to create a dynamic list
Once you have filtered your database to create your chosen list or filtered on the map view to cut your turf, you will be able to choose the list type you require.
Step 1: Filter and select your contacts
Step 2: Select + Add to list
Step 3: Name List
Step 4: Choose a Dynamic list and assign it to a Team/User

Dynamic list updates will run every hour, so please allow up to 1 hour for your list to update after a new file has been imported.
Please note Auto split and assign is not available on dynamic lists.
Reviewing your dynamic list
Once the List is created the list will be found under the list tab in your database.
You can view the original criteria on the list and see the date and time of the last refresh by selecting the filter icon beside the list name in your database. Only dynamic lists have the filter icon beside their name.
Refreshing your dynamic list
Dynamic list updates will run every hour. However, you can also manually refresh the list as needed.
How to create a static list
A static list consists of contacts that you have filtered from your database
Step 1: Filter our contacts and create list
Step 2: Name your list
Step 3 choose Static list and assign to Team/User
A static list will not automatically update any changes will need to be manually applied to the list by editing the list in your database.
